Visual BASIC 5 To 6 Converter

One problem, which I have recieved lots of letters about since Visual BASIC 6.0 was release was over the possibility to make a Visual BASIC 5.0 appicaion rely on the VB5 run-times. Well I have developed an application, that will do this for you. This can be extremely useful expecially when you have an ActiveX component that was written in a previous version of Visual BASIC and you are using Visual BASIC 6.0, as normally you would need to distribute both VB5 and VB6 runtimes. Simply download the program (9.18 KB) from the URl below. Load the program or drag your VB 5 program or compnent onto the ExConv program and the program will be converted to a VB6 program or compnent.
